Which organism destroy 99% of life and give complex life like us on our planet?

 In early stage of our Earth their was no oxygen only carbon dioxide, methane and nitrogen contribute large part of our 
 
Earth atmosphere at that time at the water their was only organism that sustain their life on methane, carbon dioxide and nitrogen but some of the organism (cyanobacteria)come at the surface of water after some evolution they began to prepare food from sunlight they were first to do photosynthesis they were getting very advantage from these limitless energy they began to producing oxygen and slowly oxygen dominate the gasses like methane and carbon dioxide due to these 99% percent of microoganism we're extinct and some big micro organism swallowed those cyanobacteria and form to plant and give a new complex life to Earth.
